So I've not been blogging much. Nothing to blog about really. Just wanted to start..again..
These days I'm on the lookout for a new amp and a pair of speakers..Old Sony ones broke down and all I have now is my Audio Technica ATH-M50 headphones.. Brilliant pair of headphones I must say. They've been great so far but now I need some new speakers.. Don't have a big budget so been looking at a cheap Topping Tripath amp and matching speakers. Let's see when I'll finally get them..
So lets start with a new topic (Hallowed be thy name playing right now on my headphones)
Oh that reminds me.. A few days back I heard a cover of that Iron Maiden masterpiece by a Band from Nepal - Antim Grahan - a black metal band and I loved it. Cradle of filth's cover is quite famous and is pretty good. Iced Earth did a cover as well and..well I didn't like it..I guess Machinehead also did a cover.
Radiohead - Creep.. Brilliant song eh?.. Shifting to rock for a while. Listened to it after such a long time. Had almost forgotten about this song. Well, here it goes again.. But I'm a creep.. I'm a weirdo.. What the hell am I doing here.. I don't belong here......ah weren't the 90s great.
Now, from a sad song to something hopeful eh?..Just wanted to say that if you've not seen the movie - The Shawshank Redemption you're missing out on something very special.. It's about hope and why it should never die. Atleast for me. Interpret it in any way but it really is a must watch.
